Explore Charred Wilds
| Standing to the east of the Cradle of Ash and separated only by a winding river is a wild spread of forest. The trees here are charred along their bases, boasting signs of frequent wildfires in the area. However, those who know what to look for may find the wilds strangely welcoming. Many forms of plants in the area thrive in the acidic soil, and the frequent fires appear to not have affected wildlife that comes and goes. It is welcome shelter from the unyielding desert. The river that winds through its edges is freshest near the mountains but briny as it reaches the edges of the Cradle. | ||
