Appearance: Auk's thickset frame is covered in course, disheveled fur, with broken feathers sticking out at odd angles. Aer ears are short and set low above a round, soft-featured face. Aer muzzle tapers to a broad point with a downward sloping bridge. Close set, brown eyes turn up at the corners, completing the affable picture. A long, pale scar cuts across the slate black leather of aer nose—no more than a "puphood scrape". Fainter, dark scars blemish Auk's legs, with more hiding under the rest of aer coat.<br><br>

Aer black fur is accented with ash white markings. The color traces a thick line around the outside of both ears, with a dusting of pale hairs closer to the ear canal. Large splotches of white cover each brow, spread to the inner corners of the eye, and trail off as small tufts of ashen fur. A symmetrical, slope-shaped marking reveals freckles between Auk's nose and upper lip. The same shade stretches from aer throat to halfway down the tail, as well as the underside of aer legs above the hocks. <br><br>

Auk carries aerdself with an approachable submissiveness designed to put others at ease. There is often an attentive gleam in aer eyes, as if whoever Auk is speaking to is the most interesting wolf ae has ever met.
