If requesting a new territory:

• Show history of threads that have been active within the past 50 days
• List the characters claiming the area
• Ensure each founding character has at least 25 IC posts
• Show history of the group showing up when others are in the area

If requesting a new sub-area make sure that you:

• Have at least 50 days spent in the area (just like with claiming a territory), in which there are steady active posts.
• Have five completed threads in the new area where characters include descriptions of features of that area and what makes it unique.
• You can discover a sub-area as an individual, as a troupe, or as a pack. So long as the requirements above are met, it can be considered.
• Staff may deny the sub-area if it doesn't make sense. A lush green meadow in the middle of Ember Reach is not going to be approved. A small oasis would be, as a desert oasis is possible. So make sure that it makes sense for the parent area.

If your group is claiming territory AND creating a new sub-area, please post a thread with both of these forms filled in. You can adjust the redundant fields.
