The last day of the heat wave brings with it a dust storm. While temperatures are more bearable, dust is easily and often blown around by the wind. The worst of it is focused around the desert and can blot out the sun with grit and haze. Visibility is low in the arid regions, breathing kinda sucks, and the air itself feels abrasive. Hopefully it only lasts a couple of days.
