So you've created a bit of lore and want to share it with others? Did you have a litter and want to offer puppies for adoption? Are you offering relatives to your character(s) for others to apply for?

Well, this very short and concise wiki page is for you.

To create an adoptable just create them just like you would any other character, label them UFA and you're done. That's it. Users can find adoptables by searching in character search. They can filter by age and traits. You can make a thread on the forum or a post in discord advertizing. That's really all you need to do.

Key Notes:

It is up to you to determine when you are able to take back a character and you MUST inform the adopter of this before they apply. Example: if you do not have 100 posts in 60 days, I will take Bob back from you. - If you do not have these warnings on your adoption terms, staff will not support you on getting the character returned to you, no matter if they are a puppy or not.

Adoptables are not a cheat to plotting - you can build lore for them that happened up until they enter the game, but cannot determine anything that happens once they are in game. Once that player has them, they can do what they like with that character, good or bad.

What you ask for in exchange for a character is up to you. The common practice is a personality and an rp sample but you can ask that the applicant send you a mood board, manips, how they see the character, or really anything that is reasonable. It is also only ever up to you (or the other parent if it is revolving a pup) on who adopts your adoptables.
